Late Fee Policy

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the event that a payment fails to go through, the following conditions apply:

  1. Failed Payment Transactions:
    • If a credit card transaction fails or an electronic payment is declined, we will notify you promptly.
    • You will have a grace period of 30 business days to resolve the payment issue.
  2. Late Fee Calculation:
    • The late fee will be 1% of the outstanding balance after 30 days and every 30 days thereafter.
    • Late fees will accrue until the payment is successfully processed.
  3. Communication:
    • We encourage open communication. If you encounter payment difficulties, please reach out to us promptly.
    • We are committed to finding a resolution that works for both parties.

Remember that our goal is to maintain a professional relationship while ensuring that payments are received in a timely manner. Clear communication and understanding are essential.
