Late Fee Policy
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the event that a payment fails to go through, the following conditions apply:
- Failed Payment Transactions:
- If a credit card transaction fails or an electronic payment is declined, we will notify you promptly.
- You will have a grace period of 30 business days to resolve the payment issue.
- Late Fee Calculation:
- The late fee will be 1% of the outstanding balance after 30 days and every 30 days thereafter.
- Late fees will accrue until the payment is successfully processed.
- Communication:
- We encourage open communication. If you encounter payment difficulties, please reach out to us promptly.
- We are committed to finding a resolution that works for both parties.
